We would like the Board to reflect the breadth of disciplines that rely on these references.
We are actively seeking board members with domain expertise in:
- theology and religious studies,
- legal studies and the history of law,
- classical philology,
- philosophy,
- mediaeval studies,
- digital editions and textual criticism,
- library and information science as it relates to canonical references.
If you work with canonical references in your field and want to help shape an open, persistent registry, please reach out via the contact page. Board service is volunteer and unpaid; the governance regulation describes the Board’s responsibilities in detail.
